To place an order at Shiny Bloom, simply browse through the site and explore the various categories of products offered. Once you have identified the items that interest you, you will need to add them to your basket by clicking on the "Add to basket" button. Once your products have been carefully added to the basket, you can check its contents by clicking on the basket icon. Your order will then be prepared within a maximum of 48 working hours in our warehouses, then delivered to the carrier in accordance with the delivery method chosen. Delivery times are usually between 2 and 7 days after your order has been handed over to the carrier. |
If you wish to cancel or modify your order before it is processed, please contact us by e-mail at the following address: info@shinybloom.eu. We will then take your request into account and respond quickly.
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code. If you change your mind, as a non-professional customer, you have the right to withdraw from SHINY BLOOM without having to justify your decision. Withdrawal can be done without penalty. The customer must return the order or the items at his expense without undue delay and within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the communication of his decision to withdraw, in accordance with article L. 221-21 of the Code of the consumption. Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale (in perfect condition with their original packaging and accessories). Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Reimbursement of the order (items and shipping costs) by Shiny Bloom will be made no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt of the customer's decision to withdraw. The refund will be made by the same means of payment used during the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to use another method of refund. If this payment method has expired, the customer must contact customer service to change the refund method at no additional cost. Shiny Bloom cannot be held responsible for reimbursement on an expired means of payment. In the event of non-compliance with these general conditions of sale by the customer, Shiny Bloom will not be able to refund the products concerned. In all cases, return costs will be borne by Shiny Bloom if the product delivered to the customer is different from that ordered or if it is delivered damaged. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a product manufactured according to customer specifications, used, worn, washed, damaged or opened. The costs and risks related to the return of the products are the responsibility of the customer if the delivery is not made in the countries mentioned above. |
